Refund & Return Policy

At Ignite Reviews, all sales are considered final.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Ignite Reviews does NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except in the specific circumstance described below.

Once an order has been placed, customers may not request a refund or return because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, ordering the wrong product, no longer needing the product, or any other reason unrelated to an error made by Ignite Reviews.

Order Errors Made by Ignite Reviews

The only exception to our no-refund and no-return policy is when Ignite Reviews makes an error with your order.

Examples of an order error may include:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received the wrong quantity due to an error on our end.

  • Your order is missing an item that was included in your purchase.

  • We sent an incorrect or defective product due to an error made by Ignite Reviews.

If we make an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

If the error is confirmed to be on our end, Ignite Reviews will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending the correct item, replacing the affected product, or issuing a refund for the affected portion of the order.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the situation and determine whether the issue qualifies as an error or replacement under this policy.

Damage caused by improper handling, use, installation, storage, or modification after delivery does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Customer Ordering Errors

Ignite Reviews is not responsible for customer ordering errors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Ordering the wrong quantity

  • Entering an incorrect shipping address

  • Changing your mind after placing an order

  • No longer wanting or needing the product

  • Failure to review your order before submitting payment
