At Ignite Reviews, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that every order is properly prepared and packaged.

Order Processing & Handling

Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. However, please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders are shipped 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. We do not ship orders on Sundays or holidays.

Please note that weekends and holidays may affect the time it takes for an order to be processed and shipped.

Ignite Reviews provides a shipping date estimator at checkout to help you determine your estimated delivery date. Simply enter your shipping information at checkout, and the available shipping options will provide an estimated delivery timeframe for your order.

This allows you to see the estimated arrival date before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 1–6 days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout, the destination, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside of Ignite Reviews' control.

Please note: The 1–6 day delivery timeframe begins after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 5–16 days after the order has been shipped.

International delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, the shipping method selected, and other circumstances outside of Ignite Reviews' control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Method

Shipping times may vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Any estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Shipping Delays

Ignite Reviews is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Delivery interruptions

  • Lost or delayed packages while in transit

  • Other unforeseen circumstances affecting the shipping carrier

If a package experiences a delay after it has been shipped, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.

Ignite Reviews is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
